He took a break from his service as a white slave, long enough to make a few picks for us. Good stuff, good stuff…
We have a metric-ass-ton of picks this week, so let’s get to it:
Big Mike’s NCAA quick-picks, no spread:
South Florida vs. Syracuse
BYU vs. Utah State
Pitt vs. Louisville
Purdue vs. Northwestern
Clemson vs. Maryland
UNC Tarheels vs. Virginia
Virginia Tech vs. Duke
Iowa vs. Arkansas State
Alabama vs. Kentucky
Cincinnati vs. Miami-Ohio
Notre Dame vs. Washington
Texas Tech vs. New Mexico
Mississippi vs. Vanderbilt
Baylor vs. Kent State
Ohio State vs. Indiana
T-Love’s NCAA picks against the spread:
South Florida vs. Syracuse (+6.5): Take South Florida by 6.5.
Alabama vs. Kentucky (+15.5): Take Alabama by 15.5.
LSU vs. Georgia (-3.5): T-Love said he likes GA plus the points, but GA is the favorite so you probably ought to stay away!
Ohio State vs. Indiana (+17.5): T-Love takes Indiana and the points.
Arkansas vs. Texas A&M (+1.5): Take Arkansas by 1.5.
Wyoming vs. FAU (-3.5): Take FAU by 3.5. Be sure to listen to Big Mike’s politically incorrect Jimmy the Greek reasoning on picking games.
Big Mike’s NCAA picks against the spread, focusing on the big underdogs again:
Ohio State vs. Indiana (+17.5): Big Mike takes Indiana and the points.
Tulsa vs. Rice (+17): Big Mike takes Rice and the points.
Oklahoma vs. Miami (+8.5): Big Mike takes Miami and the points since OK won’t have Bradford back yet.
USC vs. California (+4.5): Big Mike takes Cal and the points and won’t be surprised if Cal wins outright.
SMU vs. TCU (-28): Big Mike takes SMU and the points.
Big Mike’s NFL picks against the spread:
Oakland vs. Houston (-9): Take Oakland and the points.
NY Giants vs. Kansas City (+8): Big Mike goes with the favorite on this one, taking the Giants and giving up the points.
Detroit vs. Chicago (-10): Big Mike is on Detroit quicker than Roman Polanski on a 13-year old in a hot tub. For more on Big Mike’s opinion about Roman Polanski, listen to the show and go to the 30:00 mark. Best. Rant. Ever.
Seattle vs. Indianapolis (-10): Big Mike takes Indy and gives up the points.
San Diego vs. Pittsburgh (-6.5): In a lock-of-the-week pick, Big Mike takes San Diego and the points.
T-Love’s NFL picks against the spread:
Cincinnati vs. Cleveland (+6): T-Love likes Cleveland and the points.
NY Giants vs. Kansas City (+8): T-Love takes the Giants and gives up the points.
Detroit vs. Chicago (-10): T-Love takes the Lions and the points.
Tampa Bay vs. Washington (-7): T-Love is counting on Buccaneer pride to come through and cover the spread. Big Mike had some insight into how maybe Raheem Morris isn’t quite ready for prime time, and the need to be a violent killer to play D-line in the NFL.
NY Jets vs. New Orleans (-6.5): T-Love takes the Saints and gives up the points.
San Diego vs. Pittsburgh (-6.5): T-Love takes San Diego and the points.
Green Bay vs. Minnesota (-3): T-Love takes the Vikings by 3. Big Mike refuses to take the bait and stays away from the game, officially. Unofficially, he takes the Packers.
